Download Confirmation Pop-up

When you download a file in the desktop version, a notification pops up confirming that the file has been downloaded. The expected behavior, based on general browser and application UI/UX is that you should be able to click on this notification and be taken to the file location. However, all that happens when you click on it is that it disappears. Seems like an easy add that you should be able to click on this notification and go straight to the file.
