[From Wrike] Wrike + Other Softwares = Wrike Integrate

This is a very big one.

Within our Product Feedback forum, I’ve read many integration ideas. There’s a reasonable need to be able to use universal connectors to integrate your software tools. This saves time and drives high productivity on your team.

We’re excited to announce this new functionality because we know a lot of you will see the immediate power this will provide you and your teams.

We’re talking about Wrike Integrate.

Wrike Integrate allows you to configure robust integrations, add custom automation to Wrike, and manage complex cross-functional and multi-app workflows with ease.

It will allow you to:

• Integrate Wrike by connecting any combination of apps with Wrike to automate your workflows - meaning no code and no developers are needed.
• Create two-way triggers so what happens in one software can cause an action in another software improving the efficiency of your workflow automation.
• Customize Wrike by creating “Wrike to Wrike” integrations, which enables you to automate activities in Wrike that otherwise would take manual actions.

Here’s how it works:

Wrike Integrate is powered by Workato and uses recipes that include triggers and actions to connect apps. Check all available apps here.

To set up Integrations:

Note: Account owners and admins that have the “Configure integration recipes” permissions enabled can integrate Wrike with available apps.

1. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the workspace.
2. Select “Apps & Integrations”.
3. Find the needed app from the list of integrations in the “App Directory” section and click on it. If the app you are looking for is not in the list, you can still connect to it using universal connectors.
4. Select which app is the trigger app and which one is the action app.
5. Click “Create new recipe”.
6. The Wrike Integrate portal page opens where you can set your recipe.

OR access the “Integration recipes” section:

1. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the workspace.
2. Select “Apps & Integrations”.
3. In the left-hand navigation panel, select “Integration recipes”.
