Table view - share via url / link
We use table view exclusively for our meeting agenda's, therefore it's also the default view of all our meeting projects in wrike.
However, a part from the highly annoying fact of not being able to fix the default settings in the table view (like ascending sorting etc), what's also troubling us, is that you cannot share the link to the project in table view with your attendees via e-mail.
If you want to access the link to share the project with others, you immediately need to switch to the list view, which is most confusing for people opening the link. why is it that you can only copy the link in the list view? this seems unlogic.
Hi Elyn, thanks for posting 🙂 I really like the idea!
As a workaround, I'd suggest bookmarking the page to people who regularly attend the meetings you've mentioned - in that case, whenever someone opens Wrike via that bookmark, it'll open the "saved" Table View of a project. What do you think?

Hi Lisa, we've been working with your suggestion, but we can't help but get frustrated of what a giant work-around this is.
For each meeting, you have to make a bookmark to be able to get your attendees to see your meeting agenda in right view right away.
you get the option to set the table view as your standard lay-out for a project, but you don't get the same options to share this view like you do in the list view. I still don't get why this is. Is this something that will be fixed any time soon?
Thank you
I think I'm having the same issue. How do I link to a Table View?
Hey Andrew Boekestein, thank you for reaching out!
With the New Wrike Experience, it's now possible to copy a permalink of a primary view, including the Table View 🤗

So great! Thank you, thank you! This really opens up a lot of functionality. For instance, I'm going to create a tab in Microsoft Teams that will display my project table.
Hey Andrew Boekestein, we're happy to hear you're happy! 🙂
That's awesome, thanks for sharing. If there's anything else we can do for you here, let us know 👍
