Conditional Dependencies
Good Morning,
I am enquiring about conditional dependencies (i.e. If task A is cancelled Task B begins, If task A is finished, Task C begins.) Is this feature available?
Our company would benefit from it as when calling clients they may decide to not follow through with our work, therefore we need to close off the file.
Please bring this feature in

We would like to use the Finish to Start dependencies but with the condition that the dates change based off the status of the predecessors. For example, Task B is dependent on Task A but if Task A is completed earlier than the original close date the start date for Task B is moved up.
In conjunction with this feature, it would be nice to have an extra notification once the dependent task can be started based off the status of the predecessor.
Lastly, Is there a way to make it so that the dependent task cannot be seen or worked on until the completion of the predecessor task? Right now the instructions says that task B cannot start before task A is complete (using Finish to Start dependencies) however, we have had situations where the dependent task has been started prior to the predecessor being complete. This is imperative for writing and design tasks.

What are the relationships between those tasks A, B, C? Do you use successor/predecessor feature of Gantt chart to connect these tasks?

We would like to assign all tasks to people at the start of a job. However some of the tasks are dependent on completing prior tasks. We only want the dependent task to show in someones to do list when the prior task has been completed.
