Report on the amount of "changes requiered" during proofing & approval processes.

I think it would be really usefull, in the reports, to be able to create a collumn report on tasks to see the amount of "changes requiered" during the approval of products uploaded on tasks.
For example, there would be a collumn named "All the Videos sent in review", with the collumn going up to 100, which would be the total number of videos sent to review, and another collumn within it, red for example, going up to 40, which is the amount of review that needed a change during the approval process.
To sum up, this graph would display the fact that 40% of reviews ended up with some changes requeried, and 60% of reviewed were accepted on the first review.
This feature is really important to better analyze the efficiency of the production briefing for example.
