Uninterruptible Task

Is there way to make a task "uninterruptible"? In other words, I'd like a task that no other tasks can occur simultaneously with. The desired effect is that this task would block off a date range and automatically bump nearby tasks before or after it.

Example:

Let's say I have a project with the duplication of a sequence. Let's say:

1A

1B

1C

There are 3 of these sequences (2A 2B 2C, etc.)

The A's will occur on their own days and be scheduled. Therefore they will not intercerpt ...

However the B's only have a set number of days it takes to complete. But 1B cannot be done at the same time as 2B or 3B.

The obvious way is to manually separate them.

But if there was a rule that automatically prevented interception, it would make the organization much more efficient. Dependencies can push tasks around, but it's based on order of completion. What I have are multiple tasks that can be completed out of order, just not simultaneously. Dependencies call on Start / Finish rather than Occurrence.
