Confirmation email template

HI there,

Customization for the confirmation email template when project requests are submitted through request forms are extremely limited. Currently you can't add more than 3 lines of next, otherwise it looks like a blob of text which is quite illegible. There's neither ability of adding a paragraph breaks nor any kind of formatting (bold, italic etc.).

This is quite an important email a project requester will be receiving. Making the body of the email so restricted doesn't make much sense. Hope you will address this sooner than later.
