Add Pop-up to remind you to Save/Send when you navigate away
Task templates save as you write them. However, workflows and forms don't save unless you click "save" or "Send". This difference within the tool is hard to remember and has caused me to lose work more than several times. I recommend picking one save methodology for all parts of the tool.
One thought to resolve this -- for cases where SAVE/Send is necessary, add a pop-up window that warns the user when they navigate away from what they just wrote if they haven't saved the entry.
