Downtime notification
I would like to suggest that Wrike inform its users of any scheduled or predicted downtime time on the platform.
Not only is it extremely frustrating when Wrike is down, but it is also very likely, in our case, to damage our relationship with our clients.
Imagine, for example, that you have a Wrike training scheduled with a new customer who can bring a lot of money to your business. You connect via a conference call, urge your client to open Wrike, while you're opening it yourself and... it doesn't work. Consequences? Among other things: a series of doubts as to whether Wrike is the project management platform it is claiming to be.
A short notification on the downtime together with an estimation of how long it will take, would be a very simple and easily-implementable solution.
Their current notification system is their WrikeOps Twitter account. I'd love to see more of an automated or dedicated status page like other cloud products have: https://trust.asana.com/.
@Maciej and @Joshua, thank you for reaching out here and sharing your feedback! It is passed to our Product team.
