Wrike as an Issue Tracker - Health Care


I am writing for suggestions...We are using Wrike as an issue/incident tracker and it's working very well. We are a Health Care organization and unfortunately sensitive PHI can be included in these issues/incidents. Patient name or Acct # can be included with a submission or attachment currently. We do not want to violate any HIPAA regulations, but this information can be vital in solving the issue. Is there a way to "hide" a custom field or information so that it is visible internally?  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi Richard, there is the concept of sharing for custom fields that will likely work for you. See the Sharing section here: https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/209603049-Custom-Fields

It's not the most intuitive thing to set up, but I believe it will accomplish what you're looking for.
