Filter out Attachments as Comments

We heavily utilize files/versions and task comments.  For many of our tasks, task comments become unusable because of the volume of File Version Thumbnails that are scattered throughout the thread.  We would like a filter that removes files/versions/thumbnails from the comments view.  This should work similar to the current filter for Activity History within the comments.
