Work Request Form

Hi,

I'm creating a new Work Request and I want the dropdown questions in the request to pull existing dropdown options.  How can I link the question field to an existing dropdown list?

Hi Mags, welcome to Wrike Community 🙂
To link the question to existing Custom Field, choose the Dropdown type of question and then map it to the existing Dropdown Custom Field. 
Also, please make sure that 
1) A Folder/Project for items to be created in must be specified in the right-hand panel in the "Place task/Project into" field 
2) the Custom Field you want to map to exists on that Folder/Project.
