Workload week set for a Part Time worker (4 days per week instead of 5 days)
AnsweredHello everyone !
Does someone know if it's possible to adjust the "week in Wrike" for a part time worker ? I work 4 day / week instead of 5 days for this society that use Wrike. (And the consequence is that If I put hours of "effort" by project, it directly organize it by day of the 5 days week, instead of a 4 days week. The result is that I have the impression that I have a full week to work, which is not the reality because I have one day missing).
I need to say that I already put my "fridays off for this company" in my Personal agenda in the settings, but this doesn't' appear in my Workload week !
Thank you !!! 🙏
Yes, this can be adjusted, but it involves an administrator.
The administrator has to create a 4-day week schedule, see below:
After they create the work schedule, the admin clicks on Users, selects your account, and assigns the new schedule.
To sidetrack, how do you set hours of effort? I only see ability to set start/end date and duration in calendar days

Thanks @Lisa (can I tag users in the forum?)
I wasn't aware of that add-on - makes me wonder what else is out there. Is there a good page for such things?
@John, sure, you can tag people here 🙂
If you are interested in Wrike Resource, please visit our webpage that introduces the add-on. The Help Center has two pages for features included in Wrike Resource: Workload Charts and Task Effort.
