Show Less Feature on Description

Would it be possible to add "Show Less" features on the description fields for projects, as it would be beneficial to only see relevant information and if we wish to see more we have that option - it is time consuming to scroll through the email chain's in the description when creating a task from outlook or info brought in from request forms.
