A challenge that I'm having is trying to figure out how to structure project plans to account for client approval periods. We set up a project schedule/process before kickoff, so that all of the key dates and milestones are in place.

How are other marketers/agencies setting up their schedules?

Within the Wrike sphere, I cannot figure out if the best way to do this is for each step (content development, client content review, content revisions, etc.) should be a separate Task, or if it should all live under one task and then there are separate sub-tasks for each item?ย
