HOW TO ONE TIME DELETE ALL COMPLETED TASK?
I had a lot of completed task wish to one time delete, any short cut way can one time delete all? If delete task one by one tick, are spending time too much.

Folllowing List for Post: HOW TO ONE TIME DELETE ALL COMPLETED TASK?
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
Go to "List" View.
Set to "STATUS: ALL FINISHED"
Go to the "..." in top right corner and click on "Show Tasks from Subfolders"
Click on "Mass Edit"
Quick Tip: With mass edit, if you Ctrl Click on the first task, then Shift Click on the last one, it selects them all at once.

Thanks Lisa - I am also having troubles adding tags to a project and/or folder - can you help me with this as well?
Anne, sure 🙂 You can open you Folder/Project you want to add a tag to, then hover your mouse over another Folder/Project in your Folder tree (the future tag to the first Folder/Project) and drag and drop it here:
Or you can click the "+" sign also highlighted above to add a tag.

Thanks Lisa - I tried both your suggestions and it hasn't been working. For some reason the + sign is not appearing when I create a new project/folder - see attached screen shot.
I wondered if it was a permissions issue but having asked colleagues to try on their side it doesn't appear to be so.
Any ideas?! I've also tried creating a new project and the same issue occurs...
