Proofing Tool Improvements

Below are some feature requests from our team for future proofing tool improvements. :)

• As a ticket owner I’d like that the previous version of the proof is locked when a new version is added to make sure, no one is working on an outdated version.  
• As a ticket owner I’d like to define roles for the reviewers, as maybe only a subgroup is needed for an official approval.
• As a ticket owner I’d like that the proof is locked, when all the approving reviewers have approved the proof.
• As a ticket owner I’d like that the status of a ticket is changed automatically (propagated) depending on the status of the proof, e.g. move it to a “fix me” status when the proof has been locked with “changes required” or move it to “finish me” status when the proof is locked with “approved”.

“locked” means: New comments cannot be added, comments cannot be deleted, status of comments cannot be changed.
