Task overdue by how many days ?

Hey Eli! You can do this using the reports function.

First, make sure that the custom calculated fields feature is activated in Wrike Labs. You can do that here: https://www.wrike.com/labs/

Then, create your report with all of your filters and specifications. In the report view, click on the cog icon in the top left-hand corner, then click "Create Field" at the bottom of the pop-out menu.

Name your new field and paste this formula into the box that appears:

[Due Date] - TODAY()

Any negative number is how many days the task is overdue! I hope that helps! :)

Make sure you have calculated fields enabled in Wrike Labs.

Setup your report by filtering by "Overdue" under Tasks To Do.

Then create a Calculated Field using the following function:

The resulting report should give you the information you're looking for.  Let me know if this helps.

This is great and thanks all.  Outstanding question is can you set the Days Overdue to be just Days and not include hours and minutes?

Hi. This solution seems to calculate Calendar Days and not Work Days! :(
