Analytics View Refresh
The Wrike support desk confirmed that the reports in the Analytics view are updated every 15 minutes. At the moment there is no refresh button or workaround to force refresh it.
So my request is to add a refresh command to the analytics view so changes can be seen immediately.
This is a major software bug. Hard to believe its not fixed months after it has been identified.
I agree. I would really like a report that is real-time.

How can we manually refresh/sync our Analytics board? I went through the Report Mastery: Silver Certification and there was a "refresh" button in the Demo account, but I don't see it in our real account. We have a Pinnacle Enterprise license and I'm the account Owner, so I don't think it's a permission/access issue.

I don't think it is refreshing every 15 minutes. I just looked at a board at 4:00pm, and it is stating the data is from 1pm. 3 hour delay? That's crap.

I've already raised a ticket, however, 5 years after this was raised an it's still not working? Reports and Analytics should be showing real time data.
