Wrike is horrible
Anyone who has to follow a bunch of assigned tasks on the user end knows.
U/X nightmare. Cluttered and hard to follow.

Hi Roger 👋
I'm sorry to hear you're finding this aspect hard to follow. I would advise you to keep an eye on our Webinars page for upcoming expert sessions where you can learn best practices and tips.
Our Product Feedback section is monitored closely by our Product Team for ideas on how to enhance Wrike so everybody gets the best from it. I understand the title expresses your feelings here but it makes things a little harder for others to find and vote for the idea, including our Product Team. I would kindly suggest changing it to something like "Improvements to Workspace U/X".
Also, it would be great for the team to hear your use case of how you're managing to assign Tasks at the moment, and what changes you'd recommend to the team.
Thanks for posting and welcome to Community!
I will agree with you that the end effect is clunky and messy. I think a few key updates are needed to make this a time-saving tool instead of a time using tool. I am hoping in 2019 they do a big push for product development. I think pushing hard to complete some of the community requested features would really help. Turn around time on updates and improvements seems to be lagging and poorly strategized. For instance, they rolled out the ability to theme your workspace which is low importance and overall doesn't affect work, but have not rolled out custom statuses for projects or lead and lag dependencies. I really hope to see more from them in 2019.
This is my second month using wrike, and there's no way to consistently monitor the progress of the task and it's so easy to miss one, the whole thing is like reading articles Vs actually a usable interface. This is the worst...
Hi Joy Yu, welcome to the forums!
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I think that one of the best ways to monitor tasks' progress in Wrike is using Dashboards. Could you please let me know if you've had a chance to try them out?

Could not agree more the UX is terrible. Currently lost in the mess that is the Timelog. Surely there is a simple way for you to view your Timelog for all your entries so you can see a day that you have maybe missed. If this is possible, I can't find this information anywhere. Most convoluted, confusing, and time-consuming piece of software I have ever used.
