    Hi Devon,

I've created a "Collaborator Basic Training" course template that can be assigned to each new collaborator for completion.ย  The course is designed to take approximately 1 hour to complete all five lessons.ย  Each lesson is a task with screen shots and an assignment.ย  This could be easily expanded for a User 101 course.

Below is the lesson I've laid our for the first task.ย  This should give you an idea of how the remaining lessons are structured.ย  Maybe a little heavy on text, so there's probably some optimization that could be done to improve learning.

    ย

    LESSON 01_Introduction & User Interface

If you are reading this, CONGRATULATIONS on successfully creating your Wrike account!ย  It also means you have clicked into (or opened) the first task assigned to you.ย  This training program is designed to walk you through the Wrike user interface and help familiarize you with how your work is done in Wrike.
    ย
Throughout this training you will seeย BOLDย text.ย  These are terms that will be referenced throughoutย  your training.
    ย
The first step is to become familiar with navigating in Wrike.ย  The image below defines the primary areas within the Wrike workspace that you will use to navigate.
    ย
    1. Theย TOP PANELย (circled in orange) is where you will click to access/navigate your tasks and notifications.
    1. Theย TOP PANELย contains five tabs: Inbox, My Work, Calendars, Reports, Stream
    1. Use theย GREEN PLUS SIGNย to submit a request
    1. Use theย SEARCH BARย to search for specific items
    1. Use the drop-down menu connected to your profile name to access profile settings and other settings.
    1. LEFT PANELย (circled in green) is where you will find Folders, Projects, and Tasks.
    1. Use theย LEFT PANELย to access the Wrike Knowledge Base.
    1. Collapse or expand theย LEFT PANELย by clicking on theย 3-BARSย (circled in pink) to the left of theย GREEN PLUS SIGN.

You will need toย COMPLETEย this task to be able to move on to the next task in your training.ย  To complete a task, you can either selectย COMPLETEDย from the drop-down menu in the upper left region of a task panel (below the task title), or select theย CHECK BOXย in the same region (see images below).ย  You are now ready to start task LESSON 02_My Work Tab!

This is amazing Trevor, great idea and love how welcomingย it is for a new user.

How many lessons are there? And I can see lesson 5 is 'Knowing the Knowledgebase', is thisย the Wrike Knowlege base or something internal? Ifย it's Wrike's, you might find this document useful, it shows all the Wrike resources in one place. Very handy for new users to find learning material ๐Ÿ‘

    Hi Stephen,ย

The knowledge base referenced is the one in our Wrike workspace which also includes our playbook and FAQs (plus links to the Wrike knowledge base).ย  We also have a request form that users can fill out to ask a question about using Wrike that is automatically loaded into the FAQ section and assigned to one of our internal Wrike experts.ย  There is a custom workflow for FAQs that indicates if the question was answered, but keeps it as an active task so they don't disappear from the FAQsย due to filtering.

A Request Form for questions about Wrike! That's the first time I've heard of that, and it sounds like such a good idea!

Do you get a lot of Requests? I'd love to see your FAQs if you're ok to share and there's no sensitive information ๐Ÿ˜‡

Because we have a high number of collaborators relative to full user licenses, I wanted to make it easy for them to get answers to their Wrike questions without having to email and a way to log their questions for others to see.ย  Unfortunately it's not actually used very often.ย  Either our training was good or they're just keeping quiet!ย  Here's a screen shot from our very short list of FAQs.ย  Some of these were generate from the Wrike implementation, but a couple were specific questions from users here.

I think the fewer questions you receive, the better it's working!ย

What I really like about this approach, is that you learn in Wrike how to use Wrike - aย sort of 'Inception' training ๐Ÿ˜Š

I'm sure other people seeing this will be interested in setting up something similar.ย I hope you might add a task letting people know the Community can be used too ๐Ÿ˜Ž
