Wrike is not remembering login using Chrome browser
Even after clicking the button to "Remember me" after login, Wrike still requires me to log in completely; it does not even recall my user ID. Chrome Settings confirm there are over 20 cookies in the browser. Please suggest an action or implement a solution.

Using Chrome browser on Windows 10.
This is best looked at by our Support Team Nat. I've raised the ticket now, so they'll be in touch soon to discuss. Thanks for posting!

I'm having the exact same issue. Chrome just won't prompt for saving a password. This is most likely because the HTML input element for login (email) and password both don't have the HTML name attribute, so Chrome doesn't recognize them as authentication related fields.
Welcome to the Community, Paweł Gościcki!
I've just raised a Support ticket for you here. If you need anything else, be sure to let me know.

What good is having a forum if you never post the fix? All you say is someone will be in touch? Is this a known issue? I have an employee experiencing the same issue.
Hi Brian Medeiros,
Thanks for sharing your feedback on this with us. There are some instances where we need to access account details to help with queries, so we continue these conversations in DM. Having said that, there are also instances where we can share the solution publicly and we're making the effort to do this now wherever we can. For this query, we're happy to post the instructions here in the thread 🙂
First of all, could you please clarify if your colleague logs out of Wrike when they finish working? If so, the session ends and their Wrike credentials are forgotten.
Secondly, they'll need to check if they see the option to "Remember me" when they sign into Wrike.
If they choose "Remember" and simply close the browser without logging out but "Remember me" functionality doesn't work, please ask them to follow the steps below:
Here's an example of a screenshot we are looking for:
It would be great if you could ask your colleague to review this post and let us know if the instructions provided here help.
Awaiting their reply!

Hello, I have this issue too - i have gone to the Cookies and Site Data page and mine is set to Browse 3rd Party cookies in Incognito. Should it be ''allow all cookies''?
Hi Jacqueline Thorley,
It's okay to block third party cookies in Incognito, this shouldn't affect your regular Chrome window. It's most important to make sure Chrome isn't clearing all cookies and site data when you exit:
You need to make sure this is toggled off like in the screenshot above.
Let us know if you're still running into problems and we'll have our Support team reach out to you for assistance. 😊
Hi Aaron, thanks for your reply. Ok will fix this up. It's also happening to me in Microsoft Edge even though i dont have the toggle turned on that says ''Cookies and other site data''???
Hi Jacqueline Thorley,
With Edge browser, make sure that you allow sites to save and read cookie data and that you aren't blocking third-party cookies:
Let us know how it goes and we're happy to provide further assistance if needed. 😄
I am having the same issue and checked my cookies and all seems OK. very frustrating. When doing training or clicking on any links, I have to sign-in each time. Hope you can help. Using Chrome
Hi again, adding a further comment to this - it is still happening to me in Edge and Chrome despite following the above recommendations for the browser settings. Not sure what else to do - any advice, please?
Hi Lori Brendel, Jacqueline Thorley, I have asked my colleagues from the Support team to reach out to you about this, and I can see that they have 👍
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else!
