More customization for Confirmation Email Template and Forms

It would be nice if we were able to have more customization options for the Confirmation Email Template. Right now it is very limited. For instance it might be nice to be able to redirect them to other URLs. Our current system has a web form outside of Wrike that we have to use for internal printing requests – but we have no way to add that to the workflow here. If we could customize this page or even the form itself to allow custom fields or external URLs it would be very helpful.

Hi Sandra, let me move this thread to the Product Feedback section where the Product team will see it for future review.

By 'web form outside Wrike', do you mean another form provider? If so I'd recommend changing that form to an External Request form within Wrike so you can add Custom Fields and redirects so it lands in Wrike in the correct location/Workflow.

Alternatively, if these requests from a different form, goes to your email, you might be able to use a Zapier integration to convert the emails into Wrike Tasks.

Thanks Stephen, your question has prompted me to rethink my approach.

The other form is actually more of an application that is gathering data into a database within our CRM; which originally I thought  was automatically being used for internal billing, but I think it might be just generating a report. I am now exploring the option of creating the same type of report within Wrike. My only worry is that with the lack of conditional questions/options inside Wrike Forms – the form itself might get a little bloated and I am not sure I will be able to get the same results. I also have found some of the custom fields limiting – such as I can't create an email or phone number field that automatically validates to those specific types of information.

The other piece is with the customization of the Auto Response Email Template and even Success page after a web form for Wrike is submitted. Both lack customization and would be great if we had more control of the look and feel – or even for the success page if we had the ability to use a WYSIWYG so we can add links out to external pages so that it isn't just a dead page once they submit the form.
