In the review tool, if you reply to someone's comment it doesn't auto @mention them as it does in the rest of the Wrike environment. We find this to be problematic as people don't know that their reply doesn't go directly to the person.

This is a major problem for our work flow. You would think it would be automatic if someone @mentions someone for a question or comment, and the person replies, that the originator would be notified without the person @mentioning them again, again, and again. This seems like an easy programming fix. I am constantly having to go back in and see if the person reviewed and made any comments, it's very time consuming to constantly try to remember what I assigned for someone to provide feedback to... Please fix!!
On a similar note, when reviewing files and making comments, they will sometimes “@mention” other people with a question. They have discovered, that even if they ask multiple questions only one “@mention” shows up in their email boxes. So – someone asks them 3 separate questions, they only get a notification about 1. That means when they go into the file, they don’t know that they are supposed to be answering other questions and things get overlooked.
This delays reviews/approvals and causes “churn” - two very inefficient things.
Is there a solution for this?
