Inbox Notification - Streamline

When a project is created and the tasks are assigned to me in bulk, I end up getting 20+ notifications about every task in that project that has been assigned to me which becomes overwhelming though I understand why I should have that notification in other scenarios.

Can there be a way to select multiple notifications and archive them in a single click, rather than clicking the archive button 20+ times?

Or alternatively, a single pop up per project that lets me know that "20 tasks have been assigned to you in the XX Project"?

I think this would be very helpful. Our users end up turning off notifications due to getting too many. So that would be a nice solution.

Same.  Our most used Template contains 110 tasks.  So there are times that 50 tasks may be assigned to someone at a time and it just is chaos to get all those alerts at once.

YES! This could be incredibly helpful. I take so much pleasure in archiving projects that are completed and really use that left side inbox to see what needs my attention, so having all those newly assigned tasks be lumped in by project would be so great.

I have a new coworker who insists on assigning all tasks using the mass edit button.  I received 700 notifications in my inbox that i now have to one at a time archive.  this would be especially helpful.

mass edit has created a monster.  😁

Hi guys, thanks for your continued votes and use cases here.

The Product Team spend a lot of time reviewing suggestions in this area, so if I have an update from the team I'll be sure to post back.

For now, in terms of Templates causing notifications, please review the Labs feature of Blueprints, which allows you to create Blueprint 'templates' without causing notifications until they're launched into your Workspace.
