Wrike should let collaborators see the dashboard functionality.
We have over 200 collaborators who can't see the dashboards.ย We can't afford the Regular Owner licenses for that amount of people and therefore a lot of our users have a limited view.

Hi Wrike Team,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding how public links and user access currently work.
Right now, it's possible for anyone outside of Wrike to access a dashboard through a public link (with a password, if set), but collaborators and viewers within Wrike can't open the same dashboard directly. This feels a bit limiting, especially since these roles don't need to edit โ just view.
It would be really helpful if viewers and collaborators could access dashboards more easily when they're shared with them, rather than needing full user permissions. At the same time, public links are hard to control โ once shared, it's difficult to know who has access, which can be a concern with sensitive content.
Would love to see more flexible options here โ ideally, letting Wrike users view shared dashboards securely without making the content publicly accessible.

Wanted to share our Use Case for Collaborators needing access to live Dashboards.
Some of our collaborators are just followers or primarily approvers of assets. They don't typically own a project or assigned anything in Wrike.ย
They continuously have a difficult time as they can access many things in Wrike but can't easily find files they need to approve nor find projects/tasks easily since they're not assigned anything in Wrike. And these tasks/projects do not show up in the My To Dos since they're not assigned.ย
Our Collaborators need an easy way to find the projects/tasks they follow as well as a widget with a list of the approvals they've been assigned.ย
A public link obviously does not allow them to click into anything so it's not resolving the issue. I'd rather an option to limit Collaborators from poking around in Wrike and just giving them access to a dashboard.
