Corporate IT should be able to manage Wrike Business users for the company without taking up a user license. We need to manage the subscription/software resources and assist our users but we are not software users.

Good idea to have an admin license category that does not count against the user licenses.
Would love this so much and have suggested in the past. We have an onboarding process done by our IT company and I have to handle Wrike because of this issue.
Wrike Coaches should also fall into this category.
We need this feature. Please consider implementing it ASAP. We're relatively new to Wrike and a Wrike sales rep is helping us get things set up. But because we want him to have full access to our acctn, he is taking up one seat. It would help if he could have full access to our acctn while setting things up and not use one of the seats.
Our company just rolled out Wrike. I agree. I continue to engage with IT to ensure we're following the IT policies, etc.
