IP Restriction Enhancement Request

I would love to see the IP feature be developed more to allow for admins to either 1) restrict according to user; or 2) allow us to turn off the restriction for admins on the account.

My current issue is, after approving IP ranges/addresses on our account, if I'm out and have an urgent task to check, I can't because I'm blocked due to the restriction.  If I could just allow my specific account or admins, in general, to bypass this feature (similar to the "Allow Collaborators to access from any IP address" option), it would be a great help!
