Folllowing List for Post: Outlook Calendar
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
The feature of linking Wrike timelines and outlook calendars is something that needs to happen. The dual work required to properly manage projects and timelines is not functionable. Please get this enhancement request moved up the priority list. Its been a request for 4+ years and been included to the product team for 3+ (this is unacceptable).
If Wrike is intended to simplify project management and work processes, and since most businesses can't get around Outlook, it is crucial for the Wrike calendar to sync (events, do-dates, milestones...) to the Outlook calendar — ideally with some filtering options as to what is to be synced.
This should be a priority for Wrike!
If Wrike to Outlook calendar syncing is not implemented, using Wrike just means adding complications instead of efficiency to your work day.
Thank you for sharing your views, JOSH BICKFORD and Raphael Zwyer. Our Product Team is aware of this suggestion. Here's a similar post in our Product Feedback forum that you can follow for the latest information. We'll keep you in the loop if anything changes. 👍

Raphael Zwyer you hit that nail on the head. Adding complexity is opposite the stated intention of reducing work and organizing work. I asked (yelled?) for this years ago. It's 2025. We have so many options now, including AI to do this. Tech is smart enough... 3rd party options are convoluted and add layers, Wrike Integrate is nice but last time I checked it is a premium add-on. (Which also makes me mad... if a "premium add-on" is SO important/desired then why is it merely an add-on? Just include it with the core application and raise your pricing model accordingly so people know what they are buying and comparing beforehand. Otherwise it's like bait-and-switch or junk fees... "Yes, the corvette comes stock with a 4-cylinder motor, but you can upgrade to the premium/actual engine for an extra fee!" lol)
This thread alone is reason not to buy Wrike, and should be widely shared!
This key and necessary feature is simply being ignored - and they don't care. Don't bother wasting your effort to request it.
This is a major reason why we have dialled down the use of Wrike.
Michael Fearn It's a price-point issue. By not giving a true price for a fully functional enterprise app suitable for power users and power managers (ie. by not starting out with Office integration)... they are able to "compete" with lower-tier, reasonably-priced competitors. It really is a great app, if not for 2 major critical faults: no native integration with Outlook, and every so often they will completely re-design the entire interface to the point that nothing works the same way as it did before, nothing is where it used to be, and you are left to figure out all over again how to use the app. I still struggle with the newest interface how to do things that I breezed through before, and I've been using Wrike for a long time.
I'll pile on here and agree that Wrike doesn't seem to be taking this seriously. Outlook integration or generic ICS calendar sharing is important. I keep forgetting how much I want this until I'm notified of a new comment and my heart flutters as I imagine having a Wrike calendar in Outlook. It should be easy to create a calendar that corresponds to a Dashboard widget. Wrike, you won't do it. I dare you to do it.
