Make it possible to use Allocated Hours in smaller increments than full hours (15 mins would be ideal)

When using allocated hours (an additional column that is viewed in the table view as well as appearing in the task itself in the "fields" section that appears once that column is added) to assign tasks to team members, very often we have tasks that are smaller in terms of how long they take to do. As we plan out our projects it is difficult to have to assign a full hour to this task when we really need that additional 45 minutes for another task to stay within budget. This functionality is incredibly important to the way our company functions.
