my gantt diagrams are not appearing

im on a mac OS 10.11.6

Wrike version 2.3.0 (2.3.0.1248)

my wrike webpage works well but in the app the gantt chart is not appearing at all, not even the dates.

i even deleted the app and dowloaded it again and it didn’t work
