Doesn't work

I've just downloaded for desktop App for Windows.

But it does'nt work.

Open the App , and then I entered the my e-mail address but It does'nt work.

Could you tell me how to process correctly .

I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it works by uninstalling and re-installing again, but currently this doesn't work either.
