Gantt Snapshots Greyed Out

I have created a snapshot for a project in the past. In my Gantt chart overview the snapshots button is greyed out a the moment, so I can't acces the snapshot.

The subscription type of our account is professional, I'm a collaborator.

I don't have an answer to your question, but wanted to thank you for pointing out this feature, I didn't know it was there!

Hi Niek!

The most likely reason the Snapshot button is greyed is that you're looking to snap from the root Folder. Take a look at the Folder tree on the left of your Workspace and ensure you've selected the Folder/Project, specific to the one you'd like to snap. You cannot create Snaps of the entire account.
