Hi Andrii, I have the same questions as Marj.
Perhaps 'Pending for Approval' is a Workflow Status? If so, once you're in the task, on the app, you'll see the highlighted color below the task's title. Click here and you will be shown the list of available Statuses.
If you want to add the task to another Folder/Project, you'll see this option under the assignees in the task; click here and you'll see the option to tag a Folder or Project.
You can add a file/attachment by clicking the paper-clip icon on the left of the comment field.
