Wrike is not showing up in Gmail after domain wide installation

Hi,

I just set up the wrike gmail add-on and installed it as super admin for our whole domain. After installing it I supposed there should be a wrike icon available in the right add-on panel. Multiple refreshes on the gmail account didnt work. I waited for more than 24 hours. Even a reinstall didnt help. Does anybody know this issue?

best regards

Hi Matthias, you may need to click into a mail to see the icon on the right side. There's no action to take in Wrike from your Gmail inbox, only emails so it should show up once you open a mail.

Let me know if this helps 👍

I am also having the same issue, but when I click on the mail, and go into a message, it doesn't appear on the right.
