When it comes to adoption of Wrike, some teams come up with amazingly clever and innovative ways to engage their teams. We've heard some really cool approaches over the years, but one that really stood out for us wasย theย awards ceremonyย that Andrew Fiedler and Mark Welch launched at the University of Notre Dame:ย the Wrikie Awards! ๐

You can approach this in a playful way, similar to the Dundies (for any fans of the TV show, The Office) or perhaps you want to take it a little more seriously and roll out the red carpet and call the paparazzi!

To help you run your own Wrikie awards, we created certificate templates and outlined some award categories. I bet you can already think of someone who would be a front-runner to win an award, maybe it's even you!ย ๐

- Mr.Emailย - a pro at turning emails into Wrike tasks or maybe they're someone who can't let email goย
- Most Innovativeย - find a way to use Wrike toย Get.ย Things.ย Done.ย
- Wrike Championย - only one word for them: amazing. Team training? Always answering questions? They'reย everyone'sย go-to.
- The Assignerย - making sure that tasks always have an assignee
- The Chatter-boxย - if you got an @mention, it's probably from them
- The Finisherย - completing tasks left and rightย
- Integration Masterย - setting up integrations so that your different tools talk to each otherย

We are working on getting this started soon!ย We plan on handing out awards at our monthly team meetings to get everyone engaged!!
