Sharing Projects

When you share a Project, is there a way to set the Project to only be viewed rather than the people you share it with being able to edit that Project?

Hi Kristy! Closest to what you're looking for, Access Roles would be. 😉Essentially you can use them to limit what someone can do on a Folder/Project. That said, you won't be able to completely restrict someones ability to interact with a Project - they'll still be able to do links like comments and add attachments.

Do you think that will help though?

P.S. Love the Yoda pic.

Thank you Stephanie, I did find what you are speaking of and that helps a little. I do wish there was a way to completely limit to only viewing purposes. But this will have to do. :)

Completely understand! Further developing Access Roles and rights is something that the team is thinking a lot about. It's not on the short terms plans that I'm aware of, but if you don't already follow the Release Notes section I would follow that because if/when we do have an update to share that's where we'll post about it!
