[Status: Investigating 🕵️‍♀️] My Work and Dashboard view should be enabled to display based on Start Dates!

We have the bigger part of our tasks with a duration of 7 days or more. Based on the My Work of Dashboard views, everybody gets a reminder on what they need to do, too late! 

They now get a signal to start with a task actually on the day they need to finish it! This results in chaos.

Can you create a setting where we can visualize tasks based on start-date in both the My Work and the Dashboard view?
