Unable to add image to task through Adobe Photoshop

Hi all. I am trying to add an image to a Wrike task but it just aint happening! I've successfully added pdf files through InDesign and Illustrator. I'm working on a PSD file, I press the 'Add' button, it thinks about it for a couple of seconds and then reverts to the 'Add' button, without uploading any image. I have tried various file types (Jpeg, png) and different sizes but to no effect. I've even logged in and out. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Chris
