Default Gmail Add on Assignee

Hi Jacky, currently when you create a task from an email it will;

• Information around who sent the email and when
• Text from the email body

There's no way to set the creator as the default assignee as not everyone creating tasks from email want to assign themselves. However, once you create the task from an email you can modify it instantly - which allows you to add or remove assignees as needed.

Thanks for your reply,  I agree that not everyone creating tasks from email want to assign themselves. 

However, it is more likely that people who create tasks from emails that they receive will be assigned to themselves.................that is why it would be beneficial if I could set me as the default assignee, just like I can set a specific folder as the default. 

I will add this to the community requests.
