Tabs - Desktop App - Hot Keys
I would like the standard hotkeys for "changing tabs" to be added to the Wrike desktop app. These are used frequently across most popular applications to navigate to the left or right tab, based on current tab.
Windows, Linux: ctrl + shift + [ & ctrl + shift + ]
Mac: cmd + shift + [ & cmd + shift + ]
I'd like to add direct tab selection to this request.
While cmd+shit+bracket in browsers normally switches to adjecent tabs, cmd+number (e.g. cmd+1 or cmd+2) directly switches to a specific tab. This is particularly helpful if one has many tabs open, and it would be very helpful to have some version of tab hotkeys enabled on the desktop app.
Hi there, thanks a lot for your feedback here! The team now reviews it - I'll let you know once there's any news.

I'd like to upvote this. To be able to use ⌘ + ~ to switch between tabs is a crucial part of my daily workflow. I stopped using the Wrike app altogether simply because this feature is missing—that's how important it is to the time-saving workflow I use. PLEASE implement a tab switching shortcut that we can customize!
Thank you for supporting this suggestion and sharing your feedback Nicki Deering!

I also find this missing feature a real inconvenience. Going back and forth between tabs requires a lot of mouse movement and clicking. Keyboard commands would be much more efficient.
However, I would suggest an easier tab navigation keyboard combination of Ctrl + Tab (next tab) and Ctrl + Shift + Tab (previous tab). This is standard in most web browsers and should function the same way for tabs in the desktop app.
Should be quite easy to implement. Please encourage the dev team to add this.
Thank you.
