I use Wrike all the time and advocate creative Wrike usage to my teammates. I recently helped a few team members get on the Wrike train; this is what I've learned!
- Having a quick 30-minute session once a week to go over some use cases is very helpful! The team can practice their new skills for a week, and come back with questions. We've been calling these Wrike 101, Wrike 102, etc.
- Walk them through how you use Wrike, from project creation to completion, it helps them get an idea of how Wrike is used and shows them the effort and time they'll save by using it.
- Not everyone will use Wrike the same way as you, focus on giving your team members the skills they will need to make Wrike useful for their unique workflows.
- Make sure you help new members use Wrike Calendars. The new Calendars feature is game-changing. It gives you insight into your work week that you can't get elsewhere. The benefits of this tool helped my team members get really engaged with Wrike.
