CAN WE ADD CUSTOM FIELDS ON FORMS?
Is there any chance to map custom fields with forms, since we use forms to add tasks and projects and would be helpful to add some of the custom fields so in that way key info and data would be visible in a separate way from the task, and avoid errors during transcription.
If you mean whether or not fields on a form can be pulled into the corresponding task as custom fields, yes. You first have to create the custom fields at the folder level--you can do this by going to the Table view and adding the fields via the "+" on the right side. Once that's set up you can go to the form and at the bottom each question you can select the options to pull from the custom fields. When the form is submitted, those fields appear in the custom field.
