Shortcut to open task in new tab
Hi - I used to be able to use Alt+Shift+O but now it just closes my task. This happens both on my desktop and my laptop so I don't think it has to do with my computers. Would you know how to fix it? Other shortcuts are working. Thanks.

I also noticed this change. I actually like having a shortcut to close my tasks, and don't need to open tasks in new tabs too often, so I'm not too bothered by it.
You might want to ask Wrike directly, e.g. via the chat function on the help page.
Hi Maiko, I can look into this, I didn't use that shortcut but I know that if you're using Chrome on Mac, you can duplicate the tab you're in by clicking:
Command + L and then Command + Return (or Enter)
This will open the same page you're on in a new Chrome tab.
Hi all - I got some clarification that the Wrike shortcut keys are meant to work in List View and not from Dashboards and that's why the open in new window shortcut was not working for me. I would really like them to work from Dashboards as I start my work from my Dashboard a lot.
I'd also really like the keyboard shortcuts to work in Dashboards. I know you can right click on a task and then hit "Open in separate tab", but it'd be nice to save that bit of time. Plus, I would be able to use a mouse macro to streamline it even more. A good alternative would be adding Ctrl+Click to open a task in a new tab from Dashboard and List view.
I work out of Dashboards almost exclusively, so this would be a huge help in saving time.
@Maiko I moved this thread to the Product Feedback section so that we can share the feedback with our Product Team. Do you mind if I edit the post title to include the word Dashboard? That will make it easier for people to find and upvote.
@Stephanie Please go ahead and make the edit. Thank you!
Disabling a basic browser functionality ( the ability to control or command-click a link to open in new tab ) is an odd choice. Dashboards would be much much more useful if we could more quickly open items in a new tab. The performance on the right-click context menu is slow enough to make a real difference in timing.
