Tracking Slippage
Hi all
When a due date for a project or task is pushed back is there any way of tracking this? I'd like to be able to track slippage for tasks and projects within my organisation.

Hi Shona, thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!
Have you used the Analytics yet, specifically the Baseline Chart which compares the completed dates to the dates you've originally scheduled?
Alternatively, you can run a Report when the task is completed if you choose the 'completed date' and 'end date' in your Report filters. You can then see side-by-side if dates match up and which ones ran over.
