Task Tracking by User - not Projects or Folders
It seems very odd that you cannot currently pull a report simply by user and task or category, if the task is not attached to a project or folder.
We would like to run Time Tracking reports by user to see time tracked across tasks, or by category/user (whether attached to project/folder or not).
