Hey Michael 🙂 Collaborators don't take up a licensed seat. Here's the updated info on how many Collaborators you can have in your account:

Accounts created after Oct.8, 2018
 
If people outside of your organization need a Collaborator account, you can give them one! There's no limit. Who qualifies as outside of your organization? Generally, someone outside your org is defined as someone outside of your email domain. That's the general guideline, but we know it doesn't apply to everyone and your account manager will be happy to discuss and validate your specific situation.
 
For people within your organization (i.e. people with the same email domain): Up to 15% of your account licenses or 20 seats (whichever is higher) can be used for Collaborators. But you may want to evaluate if Collaborator is actually the right license type for them.
 
Accounts created before Oct.8, 2018
 
If you have an existing Wrike account (created before Oct.8, 2018) the Wrike team will work with you to understand your current Collaborator use situation and how to move forward.
