[Status: Not planned] Including comments in Reports
I would love to see comments included in reports, especially if the comments can be limited to a date range.
Every week I have a list of issues we track down and need people to report back their status to management. We've been doing this through email and documenting it in Excel which no fun at all. We can do all the tracking in Wrike but we can't report on it to share with a larger group easily.
Hi,can this feature be implemented soon? It's been almost 5 years since it was suggested, and a lot of people from the post comments seem to find it would be useful. It would be more useful to be able to add comments and mentions in reports so people can review and understand what the report is they're looking at or ask relevant questions. It seems like it should be a standard feature with being able to comment and mention people on tasks and projects in addition to reports. Thanks for the consideration.

It's something our Product Team has been paying close attention to and they have plans to review it in the future, but it's currently not on their roadmap so I have no concrete information to share at this point.

My executive team would like the ability to pull reports in Wrike, as our PM(O) tool of choice. It would be awesome if as the PM, I can add my comments in the tool and they appear in the reports. I've added a custom field for this but it seems like a no-brainer feature in the folder/project to include.

Hi Lisa possible solution to this request? Could Wrike utilize the comments Generative AI tool to place the Summary into another field called "Generative Al Comments" and not just into the comments. (This way Wrike doesn't have to point to comments directly for reporting/dashboards).THEN users can add the "Generative AI Comments" to our Reports or Dashboard views. ALSO have a Automation rule available to set when the Generative AI tool "Updates" (daily, every X days, weekly, ever X weeks etc.) so the user can control how often the summary update take place in the "Generative AI Comments" field.

Adding to this thread. I'd also like to see comment as a field that's available on reports.
If you wanted to make it even more useful, the report would also let you hover over the comment, and it'd have a pop-out window that shows the comment history (i.e., all comments in chronological order). That way, I can easily see a running track record of the comments.
