How do I add a field on a request form to my table view
I have created a request form that asks for a short answer of who is requesting. I would like this response to show in the Table view. But this field does not show as a custom field, so I am not able to connect the dots here. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Jeff, when creating the Request form, you need to map this short text answer to a Custom Field so you can see it as a Custom Field in the Table view. By default it's likely mapped to the task description - is this where you see it while in the Task View?
If you have already mapped it perhaps it's not selected to view. To check this; while in Table view click the gear icon on the top left side of the table. You should see the text Custom Field there, once it's ticked it should show in Table.
