Block tasks in root folder
I would like to make it impossible to create a task in our root folder, so that tasks must always be organized in a sub-folder or project.

Building clean and efficient folders structure helps to simplify as well the Onboarding.
This is a feature I have accessible in our Digital Assets Management software and we use it quite a lot.
I like and support the idea.
Additional idea : this should not be limited to the root level but in any level, a folder/project could be turned to be *folder organisation only*
